A Different Approach to Fitness

DSCo was founded in 2022 to be a very different kind of fitness studio.  We believe that caring for our members means doing a lot more than putting some equipment in a mirror-lined room.  Group cycling, strength, and yoga classes provide the variety, structure, and motivation to keep you on track.  Community events let you socialize in your street clothes with the same people you regularly sweat with.  Our inclusive community of members ensure you get to work out without feeling left out.
